The first Muscat de Rivesaltes of the year to be bottled at the end of the harvest, Muscat de Noël can be enjoyed from the third Thursday in November. It has the particularity of offering all the freshness and crispness of just-picked grapes…
Its subtly golden, limpid color with pearly highlights is an invitation to pleasure. It stands out for its aromas of citrus, exotic fruit, white peach, lychee, orange blossom and fresh mint.

The story of Muscat de Noël can be summed up in 2 words : tradiction and sharing
In the 14th century, this first Muscat of the year was traditionally served at the table of the Royal Court of Barcelona, during the Nativity celebrations. Over the centuries, only winegrowers and their families continued to taste their first Muscat of the year on this occasion.

In 1997, a handful of passionate winegrowers, proud of the quality of their first Muscat, decided to make it available to a wider public and revive the tradition.

And so the name “Muscat de Noël” was born.
