Roussillon Wines Training Program

For the end of April and beginning of May, Roussillon Wines organised a series of events in China traveling from Chengdu to Shanghai. Aside from Media-Wine dinners, Eric Aracil, Deputy-Manager of Roussillon Wines Council, also hosted training sessions and masterclasses gathering a total of around 200 participants. Here was the timetable:

Before starting his masterclass tour, Eric Aracil stopped-by a blind tasting to surprise wine lovers in Chengdu.

• On the 29th of April, Eric Aracil, Vignerons Catalans and Dongguan Hongpin Co LTD organised a masterclass in Dongguan, Guangdong Province. The Dongguan masterclass was very well received and was live-streamed to an audience of more than 2000 people.
• On the 3rd of May, Eric Aracil, Vignerons Catalans and Guangzhou Monovino Co LTD organised a masterclass in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province.
• On the 4th of May, Eric Aracil and Guangzhou Citeaux Co LTD organised a second masterclass in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province.

These masterclasses did not only solidify the presence of wines from Roussillon already imported in South China, but also further developed Roussillon’s footprint in the region and explored potential ventures for new imports.
